Every year Provisio provides couples with the wedding banquet of their dreams. We spend as much time with you as necessary to ensure that every detail of your day has been planned, so that when the time arrives every aspect of your celebration has been looked after to your specification. Your wedding is unique and to ensure that sufficient time is available to oversee the requirements for every bridal party we restrict the amount of weddings we cater for and help to organise each year.

The service that we offer:

From your initial enquiry we will send a repertoire of dishes and guideline prices to assist you as you begin to decide the style of the occasion

We arrange a meeting at your convenience at the venue so that we can tailor a service for the day and provide a proposal

Once you have booked we will arrange a complimentary tasting session and further meetings to discuss the celebrations

We will be on hand throughout the planning stages, to offer advice and assistance

Two months before the wedding, we will contact you to confirm guest lists and final requirements

The wedding day arrives and our team will be on hand from the very beginning of the day until the very last guests departs

Finally we ensure that everything is cleared away!

We create delicious menus sourcing local and seasonal produce which are complemented by artisan products from further afield, served on your choice of contemporary china and crystal glassware.
