End of Season Chocolate Course

To say a big thank you to our wonderful team for all of their hard work this year, we invited them to the kitchen to try out our Chocolate Course.

The girls got their hands dirty learning how to temper chocolate and Lisa also gave them a tutored chocolate tasting. They learnt how to make chocolate leaves and roses and how to marble chocolate, make truffles, and dip them.  The session was finished off with a real hot chocolate, topped with wipped  cream and marshmallows.
