Lisa Osman, the principal and founder of Provisio is passionate about food.  A talented chef, she set up Provisio in 2004 to indulge her love of creating and serving inspiring dishes from seasonal locally produced ingredients.

Ten years later and she is surrounded by a team sharing her enthusiasm for high professional standards, expert customer care coupled with a respect and zest for transforming the finest fresh produce into menus that taste divine.  

With strong and established relationships with suppliers who observe good animal welfare and farming practice, Provisio take advantage of the wealth of artisan producers within the South West - some have been supplying Provisio chefs for over 15 years.

But Lisa’s passion for the best goes further, she is establishing her own herd of Pedigree Devon Cattle that will be shown in the ring and reared for their beef.  They have been specifically chosen as these cattle naturally lay down intra-muscular fat in the meat, which produces a wonderful marbled finished product.  And her own cottage garden is bursting with fresh herbs and vegetables to bring to the table.

The company now enjoy a wealth of repeat clientele who demand a discerning level of customer care.  They provide an all inclusive event and hospitality service for each client with their needs at the centre of everything they do. 

From their kitchen in the heart of Dorset, there is a constant buzz where the team are creating and planning the next bespoke event, delivering a unique, large scale ‘private’ restaurant to clients at the venue of their choice.
